Parameters

iRow
Type: System..::.Int32
An int containing the row index of the element.
jColumn
Type: System..::.Int32
An int containing the column index of the element.

Return Value

A Complex containing the value of the iRow-th and jColumn-th element. If the element was never set, its value is zero.
