Parameters

x
Type: System..::.Double
A double scalar value representing the argument at which the function is to be evaluated. It must be non-negative.
gamma
Type: System..::.Double
A double scalar value representing the shape parameter, \gamma.
alpha
Type: System..::.Double
A double scalar value representing the scale parameter, \alpha.

Return Value

A double scalar value representing the probability that a Weibull random variable takes a value less than or equal to x.

Remarks

Method Cdf.Weibull evaluates the distribution function given by
F(x,\gamma,\alpha)=1-e^{-(x/\alpha)^{ \gamma}}
