Field Value
A double specifying the convergence tolerance.Default: ConvergenceTol is 0.0001.
Remarks
Convergence is assumed when the relative change in
the maximum likelihood from one iteration to the next is
less than ConvergenceTol. If ConvergenceTol
is zero, ConvergenceTol = 0.0001 is assumed.
