Technical support for all PyIMSL Wrapper questions is accomplished via posts to the Rogue Wave user forums. Registered users of the forum are allowed to post questions. Non-registered users are welcome to browse the forum for tips and answers to previously posted questions.

The key features of the PyIMSL Wrapper support agreement are:

  • Forum access by an unlimited number of technical contact individuals as described above
  • Initial response to all new forum posts within 2 business days
  • Resolution response time goals
    • 10 business days for Severity Level 1 items
    • 20 business days for Severity Level 2 item
    • Severity Level 3 and 4 items are considered for inclusion in subsequent releases
